A compendium of the papers read at a conference held on 28-29 May 1984 at the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin, with the addition of three related articles: in all, thirteen essays by different scholars including John D. North, Stefano Caroti, Germana Ernst and the editor
A collection of ten studies by the author that were previously published in different academic books and journals between 1984 and 2008. Two of them are duplicated from the volume she edited called ‘Astrologi Hallucinati’, q. v. above, but the others are from more obscure sources
A series of publications edited by Robert S. Cohen of Boston University, together with an editorial board also including Adolf Grünbaum, Sylvan S. Schweber, John J. Stachel, and Marx W. Wartofsky
Zambelli’s study concludes on p. 201 and is followed by an edition of the text established jointly by Stefano Caroti (q.v.), M. Pereira, S. Zamponi and Zambelli, with facing English translation by C.S.F. Burnett (presumed Charles, q.v.), K. Lippincott, David Pingree (q.v.) and Zambelli, to p. 273. The volume concludes with an historical commentary on the sources of the Speculum Astronomiae, writte jointly by Caroti, Pereira, Zamponi and Zambelli.
A series of publications founded by the late Heiko A. Oberman, and edited at this time by Andrew Colin Gow of Edmonton, Alberta, in co-operation with Thomas A. Brady, Jr., Sylvia Brown, Berndt Hamm, Johannes Heil, Susan C. Karant-Nunn, Martin Kaufhold, Jürgen Miethke and M.E.H. Nicolette Mout
The subjects covered in this book include Pico, Porta, Trithemius, Agrippa, Ficino, German hermeticists, and Bruno. One chapter title references ‘Astrology and Magic in Italy and North of the Alps’
Apparently distributed by Llewellyn George through the Astrological Bulletina; date unknown but guessed at 1920s
[7a] Jahrgang 14 of the periodical to which this publication is related was published from 1920 to 1921, dating the present pamphlet squarely to the summer of 1920
 Pseud. of Cope, David
 Library records show 1895
 Pseud. of Lewis, Walter H.
Front cover, at variance with title page, omits ‘Á la portée de tous’ and everything after ‘l’Astrologie’, and replaces ‘Ouvrage en Quatre Parties’ with ‘Traité d’Astrologie Sphérique’.
Front cover instead gives ‘Les Éditions Leymarie’
Of which pp. 437-40 and the preceding title leaf are partly advertising, drawing attention to an organisation called l’Église universelle d’Aquarius
The address appears only on the rear cover. Beneath it has been stamped, on this copy: ‘Astromedia Inc., P. O. Box 3871, Portland, Oregon 97208’
[14a] This might be a reprint from 2016 according to online bookseller records, though there is no indication of this in the text

The author signs his work in print with the address of the Miami Astrological Society, which is given as Professional Building, Miami, Florida, and this can reasonably be taken as the publisher address in the absence of another. For the date, OCLC / Worldcat suggests 1934 tentatively, but does not give the exact same version of the title. The first advertisement for a version of Ziegler’s booklet that I’ve been able to find to date is in the January-March, 1935 issue of the Astrological Bulletina, which however names it “The Planet Pluto” and describes it as having 12 pages, whereas this edition extends to 24, strongly suggesting that it the edition listed in early 1935 is a more primitive edition. In issues of the Bulletina after mid-1936, such as those in 1937, there are no signs of advertising for any edition of Ziegler’s brochure, but there is other advertising for a magazine run by him. It would seem possible that he could have released the extended edition at any time in the late 1930s or early-mid 1940s, if indeed it was not the original version whose title and page count has simply been sloppily misrepresented by Llewellyn George
An offprint or rebound extract from an unspecified issue of Neue Metaphysische Rundschau, ink-dated in an old manuscript hand at upper margin of [p. 41] to 1908, although this has not been verified
A series of publications produced by the present publisher on assorted topics having to do with the historic town of Bamberg in Bavaria, Germany What is the third house in astrology synastry.
A single essay, not a journal
A work containing assorted astronomical facts and figures
Appears from internal evidence circa 1948
 Pseud. of Bruce King.
Ibid. His personal correspondence address at this time is given as 333 West 52nd Street, New York, N. Y. 10019
As printed on front dj flap. The physical format is smaller than and the page count slightly reduced from that of the Foulsham edition above.
Internal evidence in this copy suggests approx. 1956; but an early edition (although not credited to an author by name) was being advertised by D. G. Nelson in “American Astrology” Magazine as early as September, 1935, showing that it was one of Zolar’s very earliest books, unless of course Nelson was advertising a different book whose title Zolar later copied, but that seems unlikely
Zolar's Book Of Astrology 2019
He is also referred to on the rear dj cover as ‘the dean of American astrologers’, a title given much earlier elsewhere to Frederick White, according to James Herschel Holden.
How that wear transpired is a mystery since there is nothing to match on the front cover of the dj. Perhaps the book was stored without its dj in unsatisfactory conditions at some point by an early owner.
Zolar's Book Of Astrology Characteristics
[26a] After the first Fawcett Gold Medal edition of July 1965. For the first edition of 1962, see above
Full title from front cover. There is no inner title page
Date presumed close to 1937 in view of internal reference to “Your Destiny Revealed” as a new publication in advertising matter. NB: contents non-astrological: popular philosophy / self-development
Zolar's Book Of Astrology Free
Internal evidence suggests that the first page content may have been written in 1937 or soon afterwards; but the modern sans-serif font, as well as the ‘World’s Most Popular Astrologer’ appellation, would tend to place this as a later edition around the 1950s. The advertising at the back refers to a ‘new large edition’ of the Occult Dream Book, which would appear to be this. Thus I suspect the text as having been a revision of a previous publication by Zolar, retaining the anecdote from 1937
This volume, produced in the same physical format as Zolar’s Official Horoscope Magazine, q. v., lacks any internal title page or copyright page, but internal advertising suggests that it is contemporaneous with the magazine, so an estimate of 1965 or 1966 seems reasonable
